I recently purchased a Canon Rebel T1I camera. My ultimate goal in the future is do photography. I want to learn as much about the camera as possible but the guides that came with it are so confusing. If I go to amazon and search for books you get so many. I am wondering what are the top 5 to purchase and study to learn the in’s and out’s of this camera.

I’m looking into getting a Canon DSLR camera and I was wondering if I could change the lenses between these two. If not then I’m going to get a Canon Rebel DSLR so the lenses would be interchangeable.
i have a canon powershot SD1000 right now & the reason i bought it is because it was one of the only cameras that wouldn’t make my eyes close with the flash. my eyes are sensitive to some camera flashes so i can’t just buy any camera, and since i moved out of the country and i can’t try the cameras out like I did with my first one. How is the flash on the canon eos rebel xsi? I have a really old canon rebel from like 1991 & that flash doesn’t make my eyes close. A friend is coming to visit me soon and she’s going to buy it for me if I ask her to. I really want this camera but I need to know if I will be able to take pictures of myself with it too.
I was wondering if the Canon Rebel XT can take black and white pictures that automatically filter some colors in. Like everything is in black and white except for red things or something like that.

i have a canon rebel xt, and i’m so sick of it. the quality just isn’t as good as what nikons seem to have.
would it be worth it to save up for a nikon d60? nikons seem to have a lot sharper picture, too. AND it’s 10 mp, and mine only has 8 mp.

I am a photographer with a digital Canon Rebel XTi camera. I usually just use natural light, but lately bands I have done promos for have been wanting me to take live pictures. Since most of the shows are indoors, I’ve decided I need some proper flash equipment.
I’m a currently jobless teenager, so I need something really affordable. It doesn’t have to be top-of-the-line, I just want something that will do the job and make indoor flash photos look less crappy.

I have owned a Canon Rebel XS digital SLR for about a year now. I really like it, but I think I’m ready to move onto something slightly better. I’m just an amateur but I feel I’ve outgrown the Rebel. I was wondering what you would recommend in the Canon range. Something not more than around 0 if possible.

I was recently messing with settings on my camera (canon rebel XTi) and I somehow got it to take pictures in black and white, but it’s only when the camera is set on A-DEP, M, Av, Tv, and P. I do not have the manuel anymore. Can someone help me?

Outdoor/indoor sports and animal photography. Which would be better the Canon Rebel XSi or the Nikon D5000? What lens would be the best for the Rebel? Also which one is more idiot proof?
I need a Manual 35 mm SLR Camera for my Black and White Photography class. I am also in need of a Digital Camera so I figured I might as well buy a nice one… such as the Canon Rebel EOS. But I don’t want to regret it if I can’t use it for my class. So would that be considered a Manual Camera and does it have the features?
I was researching the Canon EF 14mm 2.8 L II USM lens, for my canon Rebel XSI camera, however I was shocked to learn something about the crop factor on my camera, which is 1.6. So this means that the 14mm lens is equivalent to 22 mm on my camera (correct me if I’m wrong).
I have seen the quality of the pictures produced by this lens .. and I absolutely love it.
So my question … Would there be a lens as gorgeous as this one, perhaps with a smaller ##mm that would give me that ultra wide angle picture, I’m looking for?

I ‘m really interested in photography and I am going to take a class this summer. The canon rebel xti has more mp 10 vs. 8 for the other two. Is the Canon 30D or 40D worth the extra money?
I am thinking about buying a Canon Digital Rebel XT. The one I am looking at comes with a EF-S 18-55mm lens. I took a photography class in college about 5 years ago but I really am drawing a blank of well, about everything. Besides, all of my work there was in film though this does seem quite a bit similar. From some things I have read, there is a difference between digital mm measurements and regular 35mm print film measurements. Can someone please explain to me what DIGITAL lenses would be good for what kinds of use? And this may be a dumb question but would my Canon Rebel EOS 35mm lenses interchange with this digital Rebel? Gee would be spectacular if it would but I’m guessing no. Thanks for all the help I’m trying to blow the dust off off of my brain.
I have a conon rebel DSL Camera and I at times my flash slows down and I have to wait to take another Picture till the built in flash is ready, I want to be able to continuously shoot pictures without having to wait on the flash after 10 minutes into a photo shoot. (I take pictures of children for my boutique) Is there a way to stop this? Should I buy a seperate flash that attaches to the camera? will that fix the issue? I am new to DSL’s and I love everything about the canon rebel but the flash issue.
