Does the Canon Rebel EOS have features of a Manual Camera?

I need a Manual 35 mm SLR Camera for my Black and White Photography class. I am also in need of a Digital Camera so I figured I might as well buy a nice one… such as the Canon Rebel EOS. But I don’t want to regret it if I can’t use it for my class. So would that be considered a Manual Camera and does it have the features?

Also includes telephoto lens. I want to buy a digital camera. How much would one of these cameras go for on Ebay or Craigslist? Could I use my telephoto lens on a new Canon digital camera?

I am a beginger and own the canon s90, but I want a more advanced camera. This would be my first D slr camera so I am not really sure what to look for when choosing which one. I have always been a Canon person, although most reviews say that the Nikon is better. help!

I’m trying to decide between these two cameras. Canon is about 70 dollars more. I’ve never bought a SLR camera before. Which one is better? I think I might get more life out of the Canon and I can use it longer. For instance, if I wanted to upgrade, I could just get better lenses without getting a whole new camera. Is that right? I need feedback on both of these cameras. Compare and contrast.

Do I have to use the Eos cd rom to upload pictures from my camera or can I use my photo shop elements to upload the pictures. Can I use a compatible cable to my usb port or does it have to be canon specific?

What is a good Ultra Wide Angle lens for the Canon Rebel XSI camera?

I was researching the Canon EF 14mm 2.8 L II USM lens, for my canon Rebel XSI camera, however I was shocked to learn something about the crop factor on my camera, which is 1.6. So this means that the 14mm lens is equivalent to 22 mm on my camera (correct me if I’m wrong).

I have seen the quality of the pictures produced by this lens .. and I absolutely love it.

So my question … Would there be a lens as gorgeous as this one, perhaps with a smaller ##mm that would give me that ultra wide angle picture, I’m looking for?

I am looking for an inexpensive line of macro lenses (will invest more later on) or extension tubes for my Canon EOS Rebel k2. I found a Canon Macro Lens FD50mm f/3.5 on ebay but am wondering if it will fit my camera. Also, how can I find out if it fits before I buy it?

I ‘m really interested in photography and I am going to take a class this summer. The canon rebel xti has more mp 10 vs. 8 for the other two. Is the Canon 30D or 40D worth the extra money?

I am looking at the Canon EF-S 17-85mm IS and the Canon EF 70-200mm/4L. Any thoughts? I don’t want to spend a ton of money and these seemed to be good "basics" and had great reviews.

Lenses for Digital Camera Canon EOS Rebel XT?

I am thinking about buying a Canon Digital Rebel XT. The one I am looking at comes with a EF-S 18-55mm lens. I took a photography class in college about 5 years ago but I really am drawing a blank of well, about everything. Besides, all of my work there was in film though this does seem quite a bit similar. From some things I have read, there is a difference between digital mm measurements and regular 35mm print film measurements. Can someone please explain to me what DIGITAL lenses would be good for what kinds of use? And this may be a dumb question but would my Canon Rebel EOS 35mm lenses interchange with this digital Rebel? Gee would be spectacular if it would but I’m guessing no. Thanks for all the help I’m trying to blow the dust off off of my brain.

I have a conon rebel DSL Camera and I at times my flash slows down and I have to wait to take another Picture till the built in flash is ready, I want to be able to continuously shoot pictures without having to wait on the flash after 10 minutes into a photo shoot. (I take pictures of children for my boutique) Is there a way to stop this? Should I buy a seperate flash that attaches to the camera? will that fix the issue? I am new to DSL’s and I love everything about the canon rebel but the flash issue.

I’ve had a digital camera for a while now, but it’s pretty basic… I’ve saved up for a Canon Rebel XTi, a camera I really like, but I still have a few questions.
What’s the deal with lenses? The digital camera I was using didn’t have change-able lenses, so I’m clueless; what kind of lenses can go on a Canon Rebel XTi? Are all Canon lenses compatible, or are there certain ones for each specific camera make?

Also, if you have any tips about lenses or what kind I should get, that would be helpful, too.

i have been doing photography for a cople months now on my moms canon power shot, i really want to take a step up from the point and shoot cameras, i was considering and eos canon rebel xs.here is some of my work- http://www.flickr.com/photos/50522654@N07/ would this camera be a good choice for me,i know for any camera you have to get a macro lens, but the lens it comes with,could it do this sort of thing or is there now way?
